Get Apple App Searches Results by id

The parsed result of an App Store search queued by post_dataforseo_app_apple_app_searches_submit: ranked apps with app_id, title, rating, reviews_count, is_free and price. Wrapped in DataForSEO's envelope: data in tasks[0].result, outcome in tasks[0].status_code - a rejected request still returns HTTP 200. Feed an app_id from here into post_dataforseo_app_apple_app_info_submit.
