Live Apple App Listings Search Results

Searches DataForSEO's own index of App Store listings, synchronously - the Apple twin of post_dataforseo_app_google_app_listings_search_live, same arguments and same shape. Wrapped in DataForSEO's envelope: data in tasks[0].result, outcome in tasks[0].status_code - a rejected request still returns HTTP 200. Category names come from get_dataforseo_app_apple_app_listings_categories.
