Parse an uploaded HTML file into markdown.

Parse an uploaded HTML file into Markdown. Send multipart/form-data with file and options. The file must have a text/html content type or an .html/.htm filename. options is a JSON string that must set proxy to basic and may set formats to ["markdown"]. The options field is limited to 64 KB. The response contains success and data.markdown.
