Získat tweety podle ID
Načítá úplný obsah konkrétních tweetů, když už znáte jejich číselná ID tweetů (přijímá více ID v jednom volání). Použijte k rozbalení ID získaných z vyhledávání, časových os nebo odpovědí na úplné objekty. Vrací text, autora, zdrojového klienta, jazyk, čas vytvoření a počty zapojení (lajky, retweety, odpovědi, citace, záložky, zobrazení). Pokud ID ještě nemáte, začněte s get_twitter_tweet_advanced_search.
