Retorna um post e sua discussão a partir da URL de um post: post com title, author, selftext, score, ups, upvote_ratio, num_comments, created_utc, permalink, archived e locked; depois comments, cada um com author, body, score, ups, downs, created_utc, parent_id, permalink e um objeto replies aninhado com items e more. A paginação é um terceiro formato: o nível superior traz more.has_more e more.cursor, em vez do after de get_reddit_search ou do cursor de get_reddit_subreddit_search.
