@karpathy was spot on about this. I wanted to deeply clarify Flow Matching for myself, so I tested Andrej’s idea: using an LLM to build a bespoke 3Blue1Brown-style explainer video from scratch. The entire 7.5-minute video below was a one-shot result from Claude Code (Opus 5.5). What it produced autonomously: • Manim Community animations with exact closed-form velocity fields & RK4 integration • Checkpoints from an actual small MLP trained on screen to demonstrate the loss • Narration generation + custom synthesized felt piano/pad score ducked under the voice We are officially in the era of bespoke, high-effort, personal explainer artifacts.
