Who operates the platform
Felo API Platform is operated by Felo株式会社 (Felo Inc.), based in Tokyo, Japan. Japanese law governs the service.
The operator, address, telephone number, responsible person, payment methods and refund rules required under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act are published on the statutory disclosure page.
What the platform provides
One Felo API key covers two families of services: model APIs that speak OpenAI Chat Completions, OpenAI Responses and Anthropic Messages, and Data APIs for search, web extraction, social and media retrieval.
The model catalog, the API directory, the reference documentation and Console show what is available today, with rates and limits.
How third-party models relate to Felo
Models listed in the catalog are provided by third parties, and their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Felo routes requests to those providers and bills the usage.
A catalog listing does not guarantee that a model stays available or keeps its price. Rates and availability are governed by the supplemental API terms.
Felo products such as Felo Search, Agent, LiveDoc and Slides are separate applications. They are not part of Felo API Platform.
Where the service is offered
The service is offered globally and is not specifically directed to residents of any particular jurisdiction. Users are responsible for making sure their use complies with applicable local law.
Prices are denominated in US dollars, and the interface is available in 26 languages.
How billing works
A top-up purchases prepaid service credits starting at USD 1, without a subscription. Usage is charged at the rates published when the call is made and deducted from those credits.
Credits are not a cash balance and are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Current rates are listed on the pricing page.
Contact and updates
Questions about the API, billing or this page go to [email protected]; the contact page explains what to include.
These facts follow the operator's published disclosures. When they change, this page and its update date change with them.
