Supplemental API Service Terms

These terms cover Felo API Platform model APIs, Data APIs, directories, documentation, top-ups and billing. Read them together with the Felo Terms of Service and the applicable Privacy Policy.

They explain API pricing and availability without changing existing account, intellectual property, liability, governing law or dispute resolution provisions. In a conflict, applicable law, applicable separately signed agreements and the Felo Terms of Service govern.

Rates, units, tiers and offers for input, output, caching, tools and other billable items may change at any time. Pricing pages, examples and cached data do not lock future prices.

Before calling, check the latest published prices and rules applicable to that call. Charges depend on the rules applicable at the time of the call and actual usage; later price changes do not retroactively change rates for completed calls. Check Console usage and billing records and contact support about discrepancies.

A USD top-up does not lock future rates or guarantee continued availability of a particular model. Notice or consent requirements under applicable law, the main terms or a separate applicable agreement must be followed.

Providers, endpoints, versions, parameters, fields, response formats, limits and availability may change, be suspended or be removed at any time because of upstream changes, maintenance, security, compliance or service changes. A directory listing does not guarantee continued availability or compatibility.

Current availability and behavior depend on the service currently provided, current API documentation and actual API responses. Historical pages, examples and directory counts do not guarantee that an endpoint or field remains available. Validate integrations and handle errors, rate limits, field changes and unavailable services.

For service termination or other changes requiring notice, the main terms, applicable law and separate agreements govern. Emergency suspensions and interruptions are handled under the main terms.

A top-up purchases Felo API Platform service credits, starting at $1, without a subscription. Credits are denominated and displayed in USD solely to offset charges for API usage on the platform. The displayed balance is the value of service credits, not USD or other currency held by the platform for you, and is not a withdrawable cash balance. Credits do not lock future prices or buy a fixed quantity or permanent availability of models, endpoints or calls.

Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, completed top-ups credited to your account are non-refundable. Credits, including unused credits, cannot be refunded, withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Confirm the services, applicable rates and top-up amount before purchase.

Charges use the pricing rules applicable at the time of the call and actual usage, and are deducted from service credits. Contact support to investigate and correct top-up or billing errors. These terms do not add rules for failed-call charges, credit expiry or service levels; published applicable rules, the main terms, separate agreements and applicable law govern those matters.

Account and website personal information is governed by the Felo Privacy Policy within its scope. That policy distinguishes API content processed on behalf of business customers; processing of such content is governed by applicable customer agreements and data processing arrangements.

These terms do not expand data processing authorization or add commitments about training, retention, confidentiality or third-party sharing. Check applicable service and data processing terms before using third-party models or Data APIs, and ensure you may submit the required data.

These terms apply from the effective date shown on this page. Revisions and their effective dates will be published, following any publication, notice or consent procedures required by the main terms and applicable law.
