Account and website personal information is governed by the Felo Privacy Policy within its scope. That policy distinguishes API content processed on behalf of business customers; processing of such content is governed by applicable customer agreements and data processing arrangements.

When you omit X-Felo-Channel, or send default by itself, Felo prioritizes lower-priced providers with larger discounts. If a provider is unavailable, it falls back to the next lowest-priced available provider for the same model.

Lower-priced providers receive very high usage and may be more congested than higher-priced providers. This can cause slower responses or fluctuations in service availability. Compare supplier prices and capacity needs, and use X-Felo-Channel to select a specific supplier when needed. A higher price does not guarantee stability.

A top-up purchases Felo API Platform service credits, starting at $1, without a subscription. Credits are denominated and displayed in USD solely to offset charges for API usage on the platform. The displayed balance is the value of service credits, not USD or other currency held by the platform for you, and is not a withdrawable cash balance. Credits do not lock future prices or buy a fixed quantity or permanent availability of models, endpoints or calls.

Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, completed top-ups credited to your account are non-refundable. Credits, including unused credits, cannot be refunded, withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Confirm the services, applicable rates and top-up amount before purchase.
