Download a generated media file (anonymous)

Streams the generated video (or image) file. This endpoint is anonymous: authentication is the HMAC signature in the URL. Always use the full URL returned in the task outputs array; do not construct exp/sig yourself. Supports Range requests for resume. Media is removed or invalidated when the signature or upstream TTL expires.
