List available decision models
Returns only models whose effective model_kind is decisions. An enabled provider mapping may override the base model category; without a provider filter, mapping priority descending and provider name ascending determine the override. If no enabled mapping supplies a category, the base category is used (chat when absent). Uses the same visibility, current pricing, provider filter and stable ordering as GET /api/v1/models. An empty result returns HTTP 200 with object=list and data=[]. This is a local catalog read: it does not synchronize upstream models or charge for a model call. Details remain available through GET /api/v1/models/{model_id}. The general GET /api/v1/models endpoint continues to include all categories.
