The biggest surprise in the Haiku 5.5 launch might be the API credits. Claude Max 5x now includes $100 a month in Claude Platform credits; Max 20x includes $200. They work across available Claude models for your own apps and agents. Claim them by linking a Console organization in Settings → Billing. New subscribers become eligible after seven days; the rollout is gradual. Credits expire each billing cycle and don’t cover extra usage in Claude or interactive Claude Code.
